Peach Slaw with Vinegarette

Peach Slaw:

      6 cups coleslaw

      2 cups diced peaches

      ½ cup finely chopped

      1 cup red onion finely chopped

      ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped

      1 jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped

 

Vinaigrette:

      2 cups liquid gold

      1/3 cup of canola Oil

      1 tsp sea salt

      1 tsp of dry oregano

      ½ tsp celery salt

      ½ tsp cumin

      ½ lime (juice)

      ½ lemon (juice)

      ½ pineapple juice
